📘 The Superpower Effect — Now Available in Print!
The book is here!
I’m really excited to announce that The Superpower Effect is now available in print. This project is a passion-filled message about the God-given superpower inside every believer — and how to live it out with faith and boldness in everyday life.

“Alan obeyed, disappearing into the sea of people. But what didn’t disappear was the mark he left on my belief system. That night taught me that the Holy Spirit is always at work around us, orchestrating opportunities if we’re willing to engage. I also learned that in moments requiring split-second decisions, we discover what we’ve stored inside ourselves.”

Reflection
🕊️ Embracing God’s Pace
From Christopher Ball – The Play Ball Playbook
Depending on where you’re standing in life, speed can feel like either a gift or a frustration.
I think back to the days when my boys were small enough to ride on my shoulders, yelling for me to “go faster!” In their world, fast meant fun—excitement, momentum, adventure. And yet, I also think about the best smoked brisket I’ve ever tasted, and the pitmaster who told me the key is always the same: low and slow. Some things can’t be rushed without losing what makes them great.
That contrast—between speed and slowness—feels especially relevant in a culture that’s always pushing us to move faster, accomplish more, and get there yesterday.
But in Exodus 23, as God is leading the Israelites toward the Promised Land, He gives a surprising promise:
“Little by little I will drive them out before you, until you have increased enough to take possession of the land.” (v.30)
Little by little.
God could have cleared the way instantly, but He chose not to. Why? Because He was protecting them. If they rushed in too fast, the land would be overrun by wild animals and they wouldn’t be ready to handle it. The delay wasn’t punishment—it was preparation.
That hit me.
So often, we want God to move faster in our lives—faster growth, faster breakthrough, faster clarity. But what if the pace you’re experiencing right now is God’s pace? What if the “slowness” you feel is actually Him guarding your future and forming your character?
Here’s the invitation I believe God is giving us: embrace His pace.
He’s not just interested in getting us there—He’s making sure we’re ready when we arrive. And in the meantime, He’s walking with us… little by little.
